NL is on the clock.

CardsRuleTheBurgh still has his first round pick to make up and will shortly be up in round 3. Not sure if anyone has talked with him. Ive tried contacting him but to no avail.

Looking back at things, I can tell you this. There are some HUGE players left on the board. Some one is going to pull a Tom Brady 4th round FHL pick out of their hats this year for sure!!

That's why I didn't retain him on my roster, and kept O'Kane instead. I was thinking if he fell back to me I'd pick him up. Well I'm goalieless right now, so I need to do some research

Leis (PLT).... competing with a DI transfer
MacDonald... competing with the OPJHL Regular Season MVP

I could have some serious goaltending issues here...

I may have a problem after next week. I have my bachelor party, wedding and then I'm out of town until August 6. I'll be able to pick on time until next Wednesday (7/27). I will have my ePad with my in Niagara Falls, but I may not be in much position to pick the rest of my team. Is there anything I can do to make sure I'm not holding up the draft? Let me know. Thanks.

You mean, you're going to let a little thing like a honeymoon interfere with your D3FHL picks? Get the wife involved, she'll think highly of you, including her in one of your most important endeavors, even at the expense of a moonlight horse ride by the ocean.

Let me ask you, if you were getting married in the winter and Oswego - Plattsburgh was during the honeymoon, would you find time to attend/listen? The wife needs to know what she is getting into!! :D

BTW, happy birthday!!

Said completely in jest. Been married 28 years and she understands (sort of) that during hockey season I act a bit weird. I make it up to her in the off season.
