In the East Theida from the Cadets needs to be considered on Defense. For the West agree with the Kylie Brothers and would like to add Podolski and Barrett from LFC and maybe Gibson from Stevens Point.
Updated predictions...Couple of changes, added Thieda, Horrigan, Hawkrigg and Reed.

F. Stephen Buco, UMass Boston

2nd Team:
F. Shawn Hulshoff, Oswego
F. Michael Hawkrigg, Trinity
F. Jared Ten van holtt, Elmira
D. Mike Vollmin, Babson
D. Zach Sarig, Plymouth State

3rd Team:
F. Robbie Murden, Hamilton

F. Andrew Wigg, Plymouth State

Any reason the Babson Dman Vollmin dropped from 1st to 2nd team (flip flopped with Deutsch)?
Vollmin is 4-18-22
Deutsch is 6-13-19
Babson team Defense avg 1.65 GA
Amherst team Defense avg 2.12 GA
Curious what your thought process is here. As a UMB fan I've seen Vollmin play a lot of great hockey..
How does the leading scorer in the nation not get the "Player of the Year" award in his own conference? In such an instance you might think a goaltender got the award, not another forward.

Probably because Mike McShane has the ultimate say for every decision regarding the ECAC East. SNC11 I have to agree with you. I know the argument will be Points Per Game and Pelletier's being higher in the amount of games he played, but staying healthy for a whole season should be an accomplishment as well; it's not easy.
Could also have something to do with Buco's demeanor on the ice. He makes a lot of enemies.
A. Only conference points are considered. (Yes Buco still has more)
B. Points per game Pelletier was higher
C. The 10 coaches in the ECAC East all voted for the awards. More of them picked Pelletier over Buco.
D. As ECACeastFan alludes to, I've heard Buco's demeanor doesn't exactly sit highly in the minds of every coach.
E. Norwich won the regular season title.
Just one thing to point out here....
In games vs Top 5 teams in the Conference:
Buco: 8GP 3-13-16
Pelletier: 7GP 4-4-8
Points per games are nice, but IMHO it should depend on who you get them against more...
For the record, I was surprised Buco didn't win.
However, the 10 coaches voted and those were the results. I don't know what more to say.
You don't have to say anything. This is where we go to gripe about bad decisions made by authority in Div III hockey. That said, you do have the influence in Northfield to have Pelletier decline the award and give it to Buco...

Hey Prez, make sure to document the moment when you use that "influence" to make Pelletier decline the award.
Buco plays thug hockey. We can argue whether it's right or wrong, but coaches aren't going to vote for that. It's too bad because he is extremely talented, but, IMO, his "demeanor" holds him back.
For the record, "Thug" hockey has it's downfall in Division III. UMB takes almost 15 PIMs a game, and it's hurts them in the past.
Well thanks for helping this western biased DIII fan decide who to cheer for tomorrow.
I'm liking the "Thugs". ...... Buco beats Beavers.
Yeah, Kanye...make him give the award to Beyonce...uh, Buco...You don't have to say anything. This is where we go to gripe about bad decisions made by authority in Div III hockey. That said, you do have the influence in Northfield to have Pelletier decline the award and give it to Buco...
