D1 Commitments 2011-2012

Re: D1 Commitments 2011-2012

Not much news from Mankato,Clarkson, Brown etcc... Anyone know what they are up to?
I know Mankato had a ton of recruits last year...Clarkson too. Is there much left out there?

I know of at least a couple that have committed to Brown that have yet to be made public.

To Clarkson:

Jennifer Shields, D, Bluewater Jr. Hawks/CAN U-18s (Ingersoll, ON)

To Colgate:

Katie Case, D, Bluewater Jr. Hawks (Gross Pointe Shores, MI)

Info from http://www.bluewaterjrhawks.com/

Fulton to Cornell was already posted.

I can see the wisdom in silence until being admitted. Not everyone on the Harvard and Princeton BTD lists even received likely letters.

There is always wisdom in silence. (And beauty.)

Break the silence only to improve upon it.

(No, I don't always live by these words!)

Re: D1 Commitments 2011-2012

So I guess Northeastern will be really good next year?
I know next to nothing about NU. Looking at their schedule / results for this season it looks like they may have a ways to go, depending on how you define "really good." Looking at commitments...it looks like there will be stiff competition ahead in HE.

Re: D1 Commitments 2011-2012

Over more than a few years I think here it seems Dartmouth has attracted some very great , even , players ( thinking of Olympian ' s - Apps , Weatherston , Piper and such as Parsons , Cunningham , etc . , et al ) and some in the more mid categories . Seems also that Coach Hudak builds with what he attracts . And not only playmakers . Builds people . I have come to like and admire his coaching style . And it seems also he relies ( and , " nicely too " as John Held Jr . might have said . . . ) on his assistants . This seson I sent along a note to him as to a particular game , etc . , and he responded by allowing that he was away ( had been chosen to support Katie Stone with a national squad . . . ) and that - and he named them - so and so assistant coaches were ' handling the team ' . He had more or less every expectation of their doing so successfully . The correspondance carried an air of lightness , yet confidence , that I found pleasant , inspiring even . He counted on his assistants . Was somehow refreshing and it worked out that his confidence had not been misplaced . I am glad to see him starting to receive some national attention . This post has to do with what is done with those who make committments once they reach their choices . So I like to think that what maybe will happen to you then therefore should you wind up in Hanover , New Hampshire is ( at a minimum ) . . . you will grow !

Welcome to the Papulaisian posting. Often requires both a translator and an interpreter. All you need to know. Darty fan. all the way.

I'm not, at times, sure about the content however the presentation is always, always..interesting!

I guess, I have a soft spot for posts that resemble a telegraph message :) ...and for Darty.
