There are ZERO reasons to keep this coaching staff. ZERO!! The only even slightly rational explanation would be money and even that is pushing it. I cannot fathom how dave smith still has a job after this season? I understand RPI like most schools is struggling financially but this can’t go on. They fired appert with what 3 years left on his contract? Smith has 1 year left. Whats the issue here? You fired a guy who obviously was underperforming no argument here but you turn around and hire this shit? Idk this feels different than the appert era. Idk man but this program as it sits today feels completely lost.

Is it two years. I think someone else deserves a chance to lead this proud program. I don’t see how this gets any better. Absorbing 2 years of contract isn’t fun but it needs to be done.
