It's gross and I choose to believe people wouldn't be so evil, but how many times did we hear ... certain people ... insist this was some blue state problem and to let them all die a year back?

Got Moderna #1 this morning at county Dept of HHS. Woman injecting me is a retired nurse who volunteered for this duty. I'd think there's not a lot of volunteer work more satisfying than administering vaccines in a pandemic that has killed millions. I expressed my gratitude, as I hope others did.

For every selfish idiot who has refused to wear a mask, there are ???? of her.

Masks don’t work. Never did pre March 2020 which was common sense. And still don’t post March 2020 and now pseudoscience.

Requiring healthy people to wear a mask is absurd.

Our teachers are heroes. No one is safe until every teacher and their emotional support animal is vaccinated at least 7 times by each vaccine.

And then continue to wear a face diaper of course.

I meant no malice towards teachers. Just that we've got society writ large to protect. Especially the olds. But yeah, if we're going to fuck the teachers, at least give them a fighting chance.

Being alongside Republicans means always living with the threat of death by stupidity (COVID, guns, coups, etc). She knows it's the price of living cheek by jowl with the morons. One of the reasons she's a teacher actually -- break the cycle and make as many of their piglets human as possible.
 
I don't understand why school boards in red states continue to fund science curriculum. Have they taken steps to withhold vaccines for science teachers?
 
Walz says that due to the arrival of the J&J vaccine they will beat their "End of March" goal for 70% of people 65 and over. That is nice to hear.

Abbott of Texas is blaming the spread of COVID in Texas on illegals. That sounds about right for that clown.
 
Schools have been opened all year in many places.

Which areas are experiencing issues with schools open?

Got Pfizer this morning, I must say Bangor site did a great job getting people in and out. Tons of volunteers, I thanked as many as I could, Went in at 9.30 was out by 10.00 including the 15 minute wait to see if I had any reaction. The young lady who gave me the shot was a volunteer nursing student, never felt a thing. She said she was proud for being part of history. They had RNs in the waiting area after the shots were given. I go back in 3 weeks for #2.
