It's the same as in the early stages.

"<State x> announces 25 new COVID cases."
People with brains: "Oh no, it's here, and if we've caught this many there are likely hundreds."
Trumpists: "but there's only 25!"

The tricky bit is that people with brains are in the minority. There is a large group who are between the people with brains and trumpers too.

I read through both. I'll be honest, I felt like The Lancet made it sound a hell of a lot worse than the BBC article. Lost in a lot of this seems to be this isn't just an increased risk of a few things, it's a marked increase of a constellation of conditions. None of which are good. Sure, the overall incidence rate is relatively low, but the very strong correlation in general incidence even that long after diagnosis is extremely worrying.
 
Weird thing is Lavelle is hardly some right winger from everything I know about him...his tweet seems really out of character.

I always love the people who can't seem to understand the difference between a bar and say the Xcel Energy Center. I am not a geometry major but even I can figure that out!
 
Got Fauci Ouchie #1 today and my new Gates/Soros microchip is already whispering into my ear about donating to the DNC this month.

They gave me Pfizer, so I go back in 3 weeks for the second dose and presumably UAT on my NPC reprogramming. ;-)
 
A friend got his first dose on wednesday. Yesterday I asked how he was feeling and he said he felt fine, but added that his wifi is working a lot better now. :-)

If you hack your microchip after shot 1 you can direct message Soros. Set it up before #2 though as that update fixes the glitch.
 
I’m freaking out right now. My mom’s sister was transferred to a rehab late yesterday from the hospital and she (mom) went to visit her this morning for an hour (that’s all they allowed and it’s by appointment only). The rehab called my mother tonight that someone at the rehab tested positive so no visitors for two weeks. No idea if it was a patient or a worker. My mom and my aunt are both vaccinated thankfully. But I know that doesn’t mean they can’t get it. I’m supposed to go see my mom tomorrow and now I don’t know if I should go.

I talked to my cousin. She has an appointment to see her mom tomorrow and she didn’t get a call. So, she’s going to call them tomorrow morning and play dumb that she didn’t know about the positive test. And see what kind of information she can get and ask whether or not they’re going to test everyone in the rehab and if maybe my mom needs to go get a test.

There goes getting any sleep tonight.
