Sometimes I think that you guys would prefer that we spend the next six months ranking everyone from 1 to 330 million, based upon your definition of "sponge worthiness," then spend the next two years biatching that it took so long to get everyone vaccinated.
We have a time limited amount of resources, right? Which means there already is a triage list set up to distribute the vaccine.
Why is it so hard to accept complaining about someone getting the vaccine when they went out of their way to deny it was a big deal? There are literally millions of people who work very hard under difficult circumstances that need this to make sure that they don't get or spread it- and those circumstances are made more difficult by people who denied this was a big deal.
Let alone 150million people who do think this is a big deal.
I'm not complaining about coming up with a plan for distribution. All in favor of healthcare workers getting it first. They're going to be injecting it into everyone else anyway, they should certainly vaccinate themselves first. You want to vaccinate the elderly and others at risk, next, no dispute here.
But the biatching about someone's eligibility based upon politics, etc..., is simply a waste of time. First, we're not going to vaccinate on that basis. You know it, Handy knows it, I know it, so why complain about it. It's just whining so that everyone gets to hear you whine.
No it's people wondering why people who said it WAS A ****ING HOAX are wasting the precious resource. It's a VALID ****ING QUESTION.
How exactly is it a waste of a precious resource?
Isn't vaccinating Joni Ernst good for society? It helps prevent the spread. It helps those who haven't yet been vaccinated, or can't be vaccinated.
That's what you guys have been preaching about here for years. It's why "anti-vaxxers" are such a pox on society, right?
Who cares who is vaccinated. Isn't the important point that someone, that everyone who can, be vaccinated?

The goal should be simple. As many people as quickly as possible. That's it.
Everything else is just politics.

Sometimes I think you are trying to make jokes and be funny...then I read your posts again and pray you werent because you failed so amazingly ;^)
But the only ranking that matters to me is if you denied it exists or you insulted health care workers. That is an automatic opt out until everyone else gets their's. If it is a hoax anyways and if the health care workers you now laud were being accused of fraud by you as late in the year as September you forfeit. After that I don't much care what order they put it in.

Had this played out without politics getting in the way, you would have a point. But politics was a major part of how this played out in the United States. Words have consequences.
You can't be part of the politics game, pretending that nothing can be done, this is a hoax, people just die, and then expect to be first in line when there are other people who have been waiting patiently, doing the right thing to help others and themselves.
Which is to say, when it was made political, by choice, you can't play both sides of the fence.
We don't need even MORE reminders how hypocritical the racist party is. They should live up to their words, and keep pretending this is fake.
These people need to be deported.
70 million morons we have to drag around. The dead weight. We need an "R Ark."
