Burd had a really good post in the College Football thread that American's are conditioned to follow blindly and that is more or less what we are seeing now. Folks like Jeb listen to whatever they hear on Fox News and tune out everything else.

Talking to many people, looking at info from a number of sources doesn’t jump out as blindly following. But to each their own.

one thing is for certain no #TeamHysteria or #TeamApocypse here. Those folks play in their own league.
 
What I want to know is who did the 14 get the virus from? Was it another person at this event? Was it one of the 14 initially?
 
Sorry to burst your conspiracy bubble Rufus, but Jeb2020 and Whalers are not one in the same. I actually DID go out in the sunshine after my last post in this basement, and didn’t give corona statistics a second thought. Who Jeb is and why he keeps playing in this depressing sandbox that wallows in daily tales of misery, is a mystery that we may never solve. I actually get up every day ready to take on the world, and all its dangers, not hide from it.

If Jeb gets a rise out of being told how stupid, moronic, ill-bred and unworthy he is of your time (though you spend quite a bit of the precious minutes you have left on this earth responding, so who is the dumb one?), more power to him. This caused most sane posters to move on a long time ago. I give him a LOT of credit for continuing to engage, but I have better things to do - like try to figure out why the name of a SLAVE TRADER continues to adorn the masthead of a New Haven, CT based university. Now Rufus, THAT question deserves more of your super human brain power. Any answers to that?

That’s going to be difficult to find out since our tracing is poor, but I’m not sure it matters. 14 people left that party and tested positive and continued to spread before symptoms, and the tracing after that party shows how it spread.

if we were a competent nation, they’d have either known before the party or just not attended a freaking party.

Go into your user settings. Then click on account and scroll all the way to the bottom. You can add the name there.

It is wonderful...just know it borks threads sometimes when the clowns post.

I have not had any thread issues on PC. I can't speak for the phone version.
 
I have on both. All of yesterday I had no idea if anyone had posted in this thread it just show Jeb had posted 2 days ago and stopped updating.

Now we have the whole go to school thing. Gosh people are stupid. This person posted an article about Germans going back to school and why can't we do this? They did it just fine. Yup. They did. Trying to explain to this lady that it would cost people thousands out of pocket to be screened for C19 because insurance doesn't cover repetitive screening and the Feds won't fund. Not to mention there is a shortage of test stuff currently and there are not enough teachers or space to be able to decrease class sizes and a whole lot of logistical stuff.

People just blindly believe without ever thinking about the logistics and finances.
