It seems pretty obvious now that all we can do is take care of yourselves, and be selfish.
People are willing to die and kill other people in the pursuit of making sure someone else makes a lot of money.
In this situation, we will all find out what kind of company we work for- just interested in making money, or do they actually care about employees? If anything, the former is going to end up losing a lot of employees and customers because of the risk (both because of the risk and the attrition).
And it also appears that the russians in charge are going to do a power grab to force people into making money for them.
It's so very clear that the moron in the white house only "leads" to make money- there's no real leadership to take us above the fray, and provide a path forward for the country other than seeing short term $$. They are happy to let people die to keep the economy alive- which is 100% against all of the regulations that date back to the beginning of the country. Willing to team up with a real enemy so that they can go down that path.
This isn't the country I grew up with at all. Thanks to the idiot, we are truly the laughing stock of the world. We've happily given up the leadership position just to make more money to a handful of people. There's a small group of people who are so anti-american that the real heroes of the country have been downplayed and abused for decades now. And a large group of people who are somehow eating all of that message up.
Anyway, it's still amazing that a health crisis that is based on science and medicine can turn into such a hot political subject.
Good luck everyone. All that we can do is let people who want to die go. And avoid them like the plague (literally).
