It would be funny if there is only an eternal hell for believers who still act like this. That's a God I can get behind.

I have really begun to question my faith. I have always struggled with it, but over the last few years I've shed more and more of it. Sort of like shedding a virus...? That and I'm told it is very un-Christian-like for me to wish for slow painful deaths for people like trump, most of the republicans holding elected office, ammosexuals in every corner of the country, people who hate the gays, well you get the point. If wishing trump was dead means I'm not a Christian, well, I guess I'm not.

one of my co-workers recently wrote some code to model tumor mass growth. It's a simple exponential model and it turns out that by tweaking a few parameters it models the growth in covid-19 cases very well. His model shows that unless the rate slows we were on track to have 200K cases by the end of the week and 1.5M in another week. Lets hope the social distancing starts making a difference...

Wait, so the US already has 11% of reported worldwide cases? We sure showed China, South Korea and Italy who's boss in short order!!
