A friend of mine in the CA gov says they are talking right now about shutting CA down my Tuesday night- including closing highways and stopping all flights and shutting rest of businesses

Again, you're at a higher risk of having a bad outcome from the disease. You have the same risk of catching it as anyone else.

Mass going into shutdown.
Schools out for 3 weeks
RMV on hold
Restaurants, bars etc- only take out for food. No gathering over 25 people. Telling people this is not an invitation to have a party. No one should be hanging out with anyone else. No going from one house to another to hang out. Stay in your own home. Within your own nuclear group. Period.

Seeing community spread coming from within the community. Has said a bunch of time people should NOT go out for anything not necessary, young people need to get a grip and realize even if they are not symptomatic they put everyone else at risk.

Rube- you might want to listen to his address. He is reiterating everything said in here about DO NOT GO OUT UNLESS it is completely necessary. That means everyone. He specifically said this is being done because people are not being responsible and are trying to continue as usual.
