I'd say that's payback for the CFB.

And coming in the last :45 of the period, it's a huge goal. Especially given the failure to score on the major. Big, big goal.

I am here, good to see the boys get a late goal. I am having no problems with Pio Vision tonight.

Green Bay cruising over the Vi-queens 24-3 8:00 to go in the 3rd.

Thinking about AP's unbelievable recovery from a serious knee injury reminded me of an earlier superstar running back: Gayle Sayers. He had ligament, tendon and cartilege damage to his knee. This was in the days before the 'scope. They had to crack open that knee to make repairs. And re-hab wasn't nearly as advanced then as it is now. Even so, he came back the next season and led the league in rushing.

Cornell going on PP, Lowry just hit the post for Cornell.

Re: Cornell at Denver - Saturday 1/5/13

Doremus to sin bin for tripping, Cornell PP

BTW, I was looking at last night's stats and Nick Shore was 2-2 on faceoffs. He must be one of the walking wounded as he would normally be the #1 faceoff man. Loney took most of the faceoffs on that line last night. Ostrow was outstanding on faceoffs last night.

Re: Cornell at Denver - Saturday 1/5/13

Nick scores on a breakaway but just before puck went in his momentum knocked the net off its moorings. Being reviewed but should be no goal. Cornell player going to sin bin. 4 on 4 for 10 seconds and then a DU PP.
