Yellow (gold, maize, mustard, stomach bile) should never be a primary color for a uniform and maize shouldn't ever be used in any quantity.

The Gophers have marron to go along with their gold while the Packers have yellow and green. Solid combo there.

It would be a diservice not to give the 1929 and 1940 teams their national championship kudos.

I'm not sure that championships themselves do.

But us continually, ceaselessly, pervasively and without end bringing it up all the time certainly does.

That and our superiority at football. Er, or us bringing up football in hockey threads.
