College Basketball 2024-25

Hat's off to Creighton; they came to play. Kansas(35% from the floor, 34% from 3pt range, Dickinson outplayed by Kalkbrenner)didn't.

#2 Auburn beaten by the Dookies, UConn snaps out of their funk.

Almost made the drive to Omaha last night, but am swamped at work and couldn't. Now I'm sad. Makes up for the loss to Nebraska, though.

At this point Cooper Flagg is leading Duke in Scoring rebounding Assists and steals, not bad for a 17 yr old kid from a town of a few thousand in Maine.

Where have I been when I've never heard of University of Incarnate Word and why does Duke schedule them

I see the 6th ranked Crimson Tide team gets an early Christmas present this year, a trip up to God's Country to play the University of North Dakota tonight.

Hope the lads brought their coats and galoshes. It's supposed to be pleasant, in the single digits above zero, but with a chance of up to 9 inches of snow with 25+ mph winds.

ESPN has CBB on from noon to midnight. Looking forward to the 2pm game on Fox, UConn/Georgetown.

The fun thing was when they did 24 hours of CBB one November or early December. Arizona-Texas at 8, Gonzaga at 10, Loyola Marymount-St.Mary's at midnight, UCSB-Pacific at 2am, Vermont-Colgate, at 4am, some other MEAC game at 6am and so on all on through to about 8pm for Kansas-Duke or whatever.

Jayhawks travel up to Ames to play 2nd ranked Iowa State(7 on ESPN). Haven't seen the Cyclones yet this year, kinda looking forward to the game.
