College Basketball 2011-12: The Road to New Orleans

Re: College Basketball 2011-12: The Road to New Orleans

Indiana sticks a 3 at the buzzer to beat Kentucky, 73-72.

Just an incredible game. There's no two fanbases that care more than those two outside of the state of North Carolina, so that's always a good game, but that one was special.

The Goofs are the first time in the NCAA to hit 11 wins against D-1 opponents. :)

Wagner beats Pitt 59-54. Two shocking non-conference losses for the Panthers at home this year already.

.

I believe this pic captured the beginning of Bo's colorful string of words to the officials.

The best part about that pic is the not one, but two flannel shirts amongst the primest seats in the house.

I believe we have witnessed history: A double post spaced three days apart.

Also, too lazy to link the video but in the Lafayette-WKU game Lafayette had six men on the court for the final thirty seconds and did not get called for it. However, it didn't actually help them as their point guard just dribbled in circles before driving the lane to make the game winning layup.

Oh ****. That didn't load on my phone. Sorry about that.

Marquette finally beats a team they're supposed to beat by smoking St. John's.

God's Gift Achiuwa and Sir'Dominic Pointer? And I thought Fab Melo and Festus Ezeli were strange names.

edit: Sir'Dominic has a sister named Miz'Unique. Really.

What's the deal with games starting at 11 AM EST this year? Is that new?

Re: College Basketball 2011-12: The Road to New Orleans

Michigan makes it 3 straight over MSU, 60-59 at Crisler.

Re: College Basketball 2011-12: The Road to New Orleans

Weird, I'm not mad about this loss. I'm not even disappointed, I'm just kinda indifferent. I don't understand it, I was furious after both losses last year but tonight I just stood looking at the TV and then sat down to change the channel.

I think we get the game at Breslin, hopefully. I'm still confident about the way this team plays at home. However, I don't like the way this team plays on the road. Yes, they finally beat Wiscy but that's not a normal Wiscy team. It's not like we're getting blown out but we're just not playing to potential. As long as we get it together before March I suppose...

Goofy **** happens when you go on the road in the B1G. *shrug*
