Colgate @ RPI (Sat 11/9)

Re: Colgate @ RPI (Sat 11/9)

I'm shocked we didn't get a fighting major on us, or the trip wasn't a major. Yes, I'm going to be THAT much of a debbie downer. Put me on ignore if you don't like it.

Re: Colgate @ RPI (Sat 11/9)

I'd like to ask if anyone out there who might be a bit more computer-savvy than I am can help me out.

In previous years, I've been able to watch games on RPI TV. There was a picture and there was sound.

This year, there is a picture, but there is no sound. Not during the play, not during the between-periods time - no sound at all, at any time.

In the margin below the picture, there is a speaker icon with an x next to it, which evidently means the sound is off.

I've tried left-clicking on it, but that does nothing. I've tried right-clicking on it and a menu pops up, but there's nothing on the menu that I can translate as meaning "turn on the sound."

Does anybody know a technique I can use to get the sound to work?

How would you get any other Youtube video to play sound?

Instead of clicking on the "x" you should be able to move the volume bar (to the right of the x).

Waite-sometimes it might take left clicking on the slide next to the mute button and sliding it over to the right to get back the sound. I had this happen on all youtube videos a few weeks ago and that worked for me

I don't know. I used to be able to get sound on YouTube videos, but lately I haven't been able to get sound on them, either. I get the same speaker icon with the same x next to it.

Try what i suggested in the previous post-left click the slide and move it to the right by dragging for youtube also

Left mouse toggles it on and off for me. I'm using Chrome.

Re: Colgate @ RPI (Sat 11/9)

When it's Zamboni time on rpitv, it's time for the out of town ECAC scores...

Brown 6, Princeton 3 F

All other scores are at the end of the 2nd period...
St Lawrence 5, Dartmouth 3
Clarkson 1, Harvard 1
Union 1, Cornell 0

With 8 to go in the second...
Quinnipiac 1, Yale 0
