Colgate @ RPI - Friday, March 4th - ECAC playoffs

Re: Colgate @ RPI - Friday, March 4th - ECAC playoffs

RPI plays one of their best periods of the year and leads 3-0 at the end of one. I just do not like these games with so many penalties as the officials have become too important and can influence the game.

38 seconds of powerplay for RPI to start the 2nd period.

Re: Colgate @ RPI - Friday, March 4th - ECAC playoffs

In one period we scored as many goals as we did in two games vs. Colgate.

The shots were 17 to 7 in RPI's favor. Does anyone know the last time we had 17 shots in one period?

And we haven't even gotten our star scorer untracked yet. :)

Joel Malchuk scored two of the three against Colgate in the regular season.

Actually, they're not. All the penalties called tonight have been warranted.

You have the better vantage point! But someone has to raise his arm and call them-just mentioning that they have become very visible tonight

Quinnipiac up on Brown3-0, Harvard 1-0 over Clarkson, Princeton 1-0 over SLU.

Re: Colgate @ RPI - Friday, March 4th - ECAC playoffs

Why do we change the way we play and try to sit on a lead early in the second period? Colgate has had much of the momentum this period
