Colgate @ RPI, 2/12/2022

RPI was totally out of sync for the entire period.

And for most of the first period also. They have routinely taken too long to clear their zone preferring to go back behind the net instead of moving it up ice. Decision making has to happen just much faster. Colgate has them under pressure in the defensive zone more than should happen. Very tentative passing.
 
We have 14 shots on goal in 2 periods. Not many of them were scoring opportunities. Need to find a way to crash the Colgate net in the third.

Who is going to be the player who makes the break-out offensive performance to put us back in this game? My prediction, for no particular reason, is Jakob Lee.
 
I went back on the stream.....Lacka was cross-checked to the face. That should have been a penalty.
