The RPI women lost 2-0 to Cornell. Close although the SOGs were not.

They didn't look too bad, but they have little offence without Orosz. May post more on the women's thread if I get around to it.

Better pressure and a couple good shots on the second power play, but couldn't cash in. Game is still scoreless.

End of first period, RPI leads, 2-0.

Colgate trailed 2-0 after the first period last night, but eventually rallied to beat Union, so this one is a long way from being over.

Still, a very encouraging first period for the Engineers.

nice result for the first period. But we had 2 power plays and could muster little during them. You can be sure that we will be called for something stupid soon enough. Loved that stop early of the Colgate breakaway which helped a lot. long way to go and just have to keep up the intensity
