Now that I have gotten use to watching hockey in HD watching in regular mode makes me feel like I need an eye exam.

Blueline on the voyforum posted that our recruits for 2015 and 2016 are on CHN. In case anyone cares it looks like Willie Brooks a D-man from the CCHL and Ben Sharf a RW from Loomis will be joining us along with the previously named players in 2015. So far Ross Craig a D-man from Cornwall and Adam Dauda a LW from Pembroke (CJHL) are named for 2016. Not sure if any of these are confirmed or have signed LOI yet.

Anyone have a link to the 2015 Heisenberg site?

Even in that year, it went through America One. America One was ready to provide their craptastic system, and then RPI-TV's quality exposed how crappy it was, so they had to rush to get a system that could handle RPI-TV's awesomeness.

Was told that Spiro suffered a broken ankle in the Union game and will be out 4-6 weeks. I feel so badly for him! He's been through so much! I hope and pray that the team rallies and puts themselves in a position to still be playing when Spiro is healed.

Very thankful that is the only outcome and wish him a healthy recovery. No player has more character or is more resilient.

Better than a torn ACL, but still a big hit to us defensively, if true. We only have 7 defensemen on the roster, and if another one gets hurt, we'll be in trouble. This happened to us back in 2008-09. We do have 3 D-men slated to join us next season, giving us 8 total blueliners, so we'll have both forward and defensive depth next season.

But on the other hand, I hope this doesn't result in a collapse similar to what happened in 2012-13 after Spiro was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphona. Even though he only missed 5 games, we only won 1 game after the diagnosis.

Ugh, this means we're without 3 key players for at least the next 2 games, AGAIN :( :mad:

To be truthful the 4-6 weeks is better than I expected. I just hope he can come back for at least one more game at starr.

I wonder if this will cause us to attack the game more. With one of our best defenseman out use the forwards more aggressively (the best defense is a good offense). if you watched the union game, we were stuggling to play a physical game. The third period came and we started SKATING. We all know how that worked

We need leadership and discipline these next several weeks. A short bench must be synonymous with an empty penalty box. Hope Finn is up to the task as there may be extra pressure in his end. This team needs to pull together for Goulakos, Borkowski and even Murphy. No doubt coaches are breathing a small sigh of relief without all of them in the lineup. This season has had its frustrations. We're holding our own but could use a top 10 win.

It also says Borokowski has been skating and rehab is going very well. Maybe just maybe.

Any possibility Spiro could be declared a redshirt?....LOL. I would be laughing if I weren't crying so much...:(

Harvard thread says 3 of their top 5 scorers are hurt/injured. Don't know their status but we feel their 'pain'

Has anybody heard how many games Murphy is going to get? I haven't seen anything yet.
I was told three weeks ago that Borkowski was skating really well. That doesn't mean he will be able to come back - but we can hope.

Pretty sure if Murphy was going to get any extra game(s) it would have been announced by now. Usually you know by Monday or Tuesday.

DaveH has the guy actually seen Borokowski skating, sure would like to know more.

It's actually 2 guys - they see him skate every day at practice. still doesn't mean he will take the chance, or be allowed to take the chance of playing. I sure would love to see him back, but his future is more important. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
