Fuck em. They deserve NO HELP WHATSOEVER. Oh, and speaking of climate change 60 Minutes did a great report on Wine. Interestingly enough the Climate Change has affected France so much that they can't grow Grapes as well there now. And lo and behold England can cause it's further North. Seems pretty obvious what's going on.

Is this the glaciers melting or something?

How long until the Pacific Ocean rises enough to reverse the Columbia River? Maybe we can create the reversal of that geologic-record tidal wave and completely flood everything between the Rockies and the Appalachians? We'd be left with a US that was basically two Japans, one centered on Utah and the other centered on, I dunno, Charleston, WV?

All I remember is Lex Luthor's great plan to have a massive earthquake and create brand new beachfront property. Well, that's going to happen naturally all across the East and West Coast of America.

Works for me. AZ is mostly a plateau and we could really use the cooling effect.

CA is rich enough and valuable enough that they'll relocate those cities inland and upland.

FL is fucked. It's poor and worthless and nobody wants to help them and they're too stupid to help themselves.

CA is Europe. FL is Africa.

TX is Asia. TBD whether they make it.
 
Maybe desalination via fusion gets the kick in the arse it needs. Or WWIII solves the problem for everyone who survives.
