From that projection probably something in the Alps, when Africa buttf-cks the Mediterranean.

But from what I understand about the Himalayas they are actually well below their theoretical maxima and they are still growing. The highest mountain will probably remain in Asia until everything is Asia.

The tallest mountain on earth is Mauna Kea.

Everest officially went from 29028 to 29029 in our lifetimes.

Seven miles down. Rough math says that's about 18,000 psi! (36,000 ft; about 0.5 psi per foot of water)

Aside from building anything that can withstand that, what do you do with the operator's CO2? Just scrub it out of the air on exhale, because you're not going to be easily able to compress it and push it overboard.

Probably the same tech as a closed-circuit rebreather, just on a larger scale and without a regulator.

DC got 71 inches of precipitation in the last 365 days. That's the largest amount in recorded history (since 1871). Thurmont, MD (near Camp David) got 91 inches.
