CC at DU - Friday 2/21/14 - Battle for the Gold Pan

Re: CC at DU - Friday 2/21/14 - Battle for the Gold Pan

My nomination for worst call of the year. Replay showed Larraza never made contact with Olofsson's head.

DU kills it. Danny D with a breakaway chance as the penalty expires.

Re: CC at DU - Friday 2/21/14 - Battle for the Gold Pan

As penalty expires CC puts one in CC 3 DU 1

Jeebus. That does it. CC 3-1 just as the penalty expires.

I see where "Viktor" Ahn is going to change his name to Jose and compete for Mexico in '18.

OP, what am I missing?

I just dialed away from this particularly scintillating DU hockey game and saw the great (formerly) Korean speed skater lead his new "country," Russia to victory in the 5,000m speed skating relay. When he jumped countries, he changed his first name to Viktor. Next time, he'll compete as Jose. Maybe I could compete for England if I change my name to Olde.

Got it!
Olde but what is the old English equivalent of Pio?
