I would say opportunistic offense (not all that great in spite of the score). Defense was still not organized and without Savory and the cross bar and goal post, this one is not a win by 5 goals by any means. I will say that if anyone told me before the season we would have 17 goals in 4 games I would have laughed at them. But we have still allowed 15 goals over those same games and that number just has to be of concern.

Along with the obvious work that the defense needs to do I think we're going to have to name Owen as the #1 goalie. Marshall has given up 8 goals to #40 UConn, and doesn't look like he's returning to his form seen Freshman year. Savory gave up 4 goals to #4 UMass (The 5th was an ENG) - I'm giving him a pass on game. :D And 2 to Canisius. Will be interesting to see how we fair against the 0-6-0 Union team next week in the home and home ECAC opener.
