I have always assumed you were a woman, but since everyone on the East Coast is effeminate, us Midwesterners can never tell.

After beating up on the kiddo's of the USNDTP they ought to get a big boost. Big wins against a CIS team, UMASS, and some high school kids will have the pollsters (and fanboy nation) drooling over their dominance.

This thread reminds me of that time when St Cloud won a few games and their fans started thinking they were worth our attention.

Congratulations BU to bringing your once semi-decent program back to being one of the top three teams in your state. Maybe you'll win a bean pot game this year and have a parade!

2 Union (joke! only beat umo by 3)
3 North Dakota (they always play well in months that don't end in r-i-l)
4 Ferris State (who?)
5 Providence (bye)
6 Colgate (must have struggled. barely beat the red-headed step children on hockey rast)
7 Boston College (bye. here due to voters who haven't watched hockey for 4 yrs)
8 St. Cloud State (hmmmm)
9 Massachusetts-Lowell (should probably stay here at 9 beating a good Q team -- but at home)
10 Michigan (HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHHA!)
11 Miami (really?)
12 Minnesota State (played on tv so someone will vote for them even though they were taken to ot by duluth)
13 Quinnipiac (lost but to a strong, STRONG hockey east team on the road)
14 Boston University ------finally will move up. should be up another 8 come next week to 6 or higher!!!

BU isn't even a top team in the city of Boston, much less the land.

How about a college hockey poll for the city of Boston?

Figuring in the woman's teams, maybe BU could break the top 5.
