He can't declare an outcome, a very simplified argument is that he would essentially be charging himself, therefore he can't be charged.

I'm not understanding the question. A finding of what? Criminal guilt? No, the executive can't do that.

mookie's kids love that movie. it was on last night and the 11yo and almost 8yo were watching and quoting lines along as the movie played. including that scene.

In thinking about it a bit more, it's such a good move for Trump I should probably consider deleting the idea before it gets out.

Trump meets with the FBI, the AG, and selected members of congressional subcommittees that have investigated Hillary... and after much "serious consideration of the potential charges against her" and "For the "Good of the Country" -- he decides to pardon her.

He could totally get away with it.

Turn off the Idiot Box -- there is no news reporting left on it.

Between NYT, WaPo, the Beeb and The Economist there's good domestic and foreign reporting. France24 and DW fill in for European news. (Economist is actually great for Asia.)

That's pretty much the only folks I trust. AJ had their moments during the Arab Spring but they've basically become "What if USA Today was produced in Qatar?"
