Working for the State Department I bet it is quite easy. I bet everyone CCs and BCCs everyone they can (including themselves) on every email and my guess is she never deleted anything.

This investigation wont be concluded until after the Election...this whole thing is ridiculous and there is almost no proof it has anything to do with Hillary. Comey needs to make a statement and fast. Hell both sides are asking for the info to be released.

Everything should have been by the book.

Should have made sure that nothing could look like "pay for play." Even if it was.

Should have adhered to standard protocol (whatever that is) for her emails.


This is basic stuff. Had she done those things, this election wouldn't even be close.

Well stated (as is this Op-Ed piece) However, by stating the obvious, you are clearly: creating a false equivalency/supporting Trump/hate democracy (choose all that apply) and are a: Fascist/Racist/Misogynist/Bigot (choose all that apply)

Glad to see some cooler heads prevailing over here. E-mail story is a big nothing designed only to appeal to Trump Nazis, Pundidiots, and Bedwetting Liberals. Basically Comey sent out a message without he or his staff having seen any e-mails first. That's absurd and for the sake of his reputation there had better be something in there. Even still I think he gets fired the day after the election.

Beyond that though, take a look at early voting. If early voting starts going down as a result, Hillary needs to worry. If she continues to gain in early voting in key states, Trump is just as fuked as he was last week. Its not any more complicated than that.

Another thing that needs to stop is the BS "Drumpf Encouraged Voter Fraud" meme going around. He did nothing of the sort. What he did was dumber though (not illegal or fraudulent) he said if you dont trust your early vote will be counted right (RIGGED!!) go and revote.

Madam Secretary, TVRWC didn't build the server or have Huma put 650,000 on Weiner's laptop ... unless Huma's been a RNC plant on Clinton's staff for two decades. :eek:

Nobody can ever know literal intent. These series of laws are still designed to function with all their teeth inspite of that. In the end, if he did influence public opinion and he did...then we need to know just what was so critical in his pronouncement and what he would know to validate his position.

A Hatch violation is a huge political somethingburger. It all depends on what steps are taken to discredit what are largely unethical actions in the next week or so...regardless of whether they ultimately stands up in court or not.

What matters is this: the FBI now officially has a warrant for the 650,000 emails on the Weiner machine.

Huma does have a problem however: She told the FBI, under oath, that she turned over all devices. Oops. This machine shows otherwise. (This is where the weasel worders will say "in her possession" and say hubby had that machine.)

Depends on what the meaning of "is" is. ;) :D


One of my cars is on the road. I'm on the title. I'm not in immediate possession of it, but it's still in my possession, right, as I'm on the title as owner.

Huma may have been separated, but still married, so by definition that computer is still joint community property and thus it's her's and thus legally in her possession until reported stolen or she destroys it and disposes of it. Just because you're not home right now does not mean your bed and pillow are not in your possession.
