The more I listen to Trump, the more he sounds like me...

...when I'm on a client call and I'm asked something I don't know sh*t about. So I try to spin an answer that involves a lot of references to "best practice", and "core principles", and "your satisfaction", and "I'm looking forward to...", and "Well, that's a technical point that our developers should really answer...", etc. The keys are:

1. Don't freeze up - give some answer, even if it's really a "non-answer"
2. Don't commit to anything too specific
3. Give your client the warm and fuzzies about a solution
4. Deflect to actual experts when you're seriously in trouble
