Hillary vs Trump. The winner? Obama.

In my next life, I want to live with, work with, or somehow be close enough to Rachel Maddow to have regular exposure to her wit and intelligence.

I realize I have some work to do in this life to qualify. :)

In my next life, I just want to be her girlfriend.

Anyone else hearing like I am how well some of the Repub Senators are doing in their races vs. the corresponding Trump numbers? I seem to hear that story daily now. Portman, McCain, Rubio, etc.

Less than 24 hours to vote in the August poll.

One of the talking heads this AM was spouting off about the "against vote" saying that many who will vote Trump don't support him but are actually voting against HRC (and vice versa). I'd be interested to see if that holds true here @ USCHO. Based on some of the comments here, I think it may be more than just a few. Maybe next poll you could add "Voting against Trump by voting HRC" & "Voting for HRC" etc. as options.

I rarely feel as if I'm voting for someone. I'm usually voting for the one I dislike less. Certainly the case this time around.

I think 2008 has been the only time I've fully voted "for" someone.

I think 2008 has been the only time I've fully voted "for" someone.

I've backed D, L*, or I** in every presidential election. Whether I voted "For" or "Against" aligns exactly with the winner of each of the elections I've voted in. It looks like I am "As Goes Maine":

For (4-0): 92, 96, 08, 12
Against (0-5): 80**, 84*, 88*, 00, 04

In 16 I will be voting For.

(I am including 80 although I missed the cut by a couple months, as I followed the campaigns closely and knew exactly who and what I would have backed.)

1980
1984

1976 was the only time I have not voted R. If the Ds had run a better candidate in 2004....

No. That's not an excuse for voting for R in 2004. There is no excuse for voting for R that time. There were 46,000 write-ins.
