Here's another.

And another.

You keep your America, I'll keep mine.

Just so I'm clear: in your America individuals can ignore laws they don't like and government officials are free to selectively enforce laws depending on whether they individually agree with them or not? Oaths of office are meaningless?

Interestingly enough our system gives the prosecution a lot of discretion.

I get a faction of the people...OK, all of Trumps devoted followers.....aren't the biggest fans of President Obama. It happens. But someone on FB (and yes, I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally need to stop reading and commenting) just called his presidency disgraceful. Like, seriously? Disgraceful. Can anyone here elaborate on something he's done in the past 8 years that would qualify as disgraceful? I know people thing Obamacare is awful, but disgraceful?

Many many people have tried to figure it out. They can't. Everything that he has done has been by the same book as any other ethical President that's been in office. They just don't like him. Many many many of them think he's either, not American, or he's Muslim. Michelle Obama mentioned that in her speech the other night. It should be embarrassing to the other party that she said that during her speech and there was no rebuttal to be had.

The vast majority of ACA critics I've spoken to have no earthly idea of its terms or even how the old system worked in comparison. They are usually ignorant of the similarities and differences between ACA and the Romney plan.

Some have an idea, of course, but not many.

I hear that and figure the folks are vocabulary-challenged. Obama is no more disgraceful than show-boating a photo op on a flat top or a stain on a blue dress. (The blue dress wins that one, pan..., I mean hands down.)

I don't like some of the decisions from his, the Obama, administration. Certain decisions they've made (and the President owns) aren't disgraceful but anywhere from confusing to questionable to flat wrong in my opinion. Unfortunately some folks think that you can lump all that together and call it "disgraceful". I disagree.

We're hockey fans so we know making a bad call (in the eyes of some) as a referee happens. That's not disgraceful. A referee accepting a bribe, now that's disgraceful.

Mr. Obama has not disgraced the office. He's just not run it the way I'd prefer.

Well said, Sic. One act for which he cannot possibly be criticized will be meeting with the 2016 NCAA hockey champs. Lincoln would drool over that opportunity.

In my America we don't go out of our way to f-ck over the powerless for fun.

I understand this is an extremely problematic point for Republicans, particularly, oddly enough, "Christian" Republicans.

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XV: Before & After: Dancing in the Streets of Philadelphia!

For a guy not all that in favor or religion, you sure do know your Bible.

I never said I wasn't in favor of religion. I just said there's no teleology in the universe other than, AFAWK, humanity, which is why humanity -- humaneness -- is so important.

All the "good" and "evil" in the universe is here, now, between our ears. We are our salvation or our ****ation. We choose with every action. Existence precedes essence.

Religion is a wonderful invention, just like law and art, as long as we keep in mind it is a human invention to satisfy human needs. When people reverse that, it makes for hell on earth.

The 2014 Champions are still awaiting their invite.

That was Union: this is North Dakota.

I grant you, though; failing to invite the D1 college hockey champion to the WH is a policy fail worth noting, regardless who won.

Bernie started to tear up when his brother announced the votes from Democrats Abroad.

There is no middle language anymore. Same way all ball players are "great".

BHO is downright human. Mookie could find himself. Doing anything with him and having a splendid time at that. BBQ with families. Golfing. Seeing a game.

People just have an appreciation for extremes these days.

Has Mookie kissed anything last couple days? Sitting in CLT right now awaiting a connection home after driving Girl and the kids to her brothers in fla and suppressing hisself to Disney world and boat trips out to gulf sandbars. Not made for getting up early and getting home late with no innernets as he grows older :(
