Trump is running a textbook, by the numbers campaign.
He ran bombastic and loud and pander to the party in the primaries and up to the convention. --> Raw, schoolyard name calling and attacks.
But last night he threw enough red meat to the base while he moved to the political middle. --> A "conservative Republican" looking out for the LGBTQ demographic?
Hard to the outside in the primaries and to the middle in the national is the formula past winners have executed. Last night was the first move to the middle and he pulled it off. Those who say he has no organization best take note.
But actually listening to his circa 80 minute speech I guess I heard the same 20 minute speech with no details repeated four times.
I'm a details guy.
How do you plan to do all this for law and order*, and jobs, and lowering taxes, and fixing health care?
* Or when he says we'll be a "Law and Order" nation does he mean we'll have nothing but re-runs featuring Sam Waterston, Mariska Hargitay, or Vincent D'Onofrio on cable 24/7.

Oh, wait, we have
that version already.
