Business, Economics, and Taxes: Eat Cereal for Dinner

All of that was inevitable, they were the last carrier holding out on "unbundling" and were no longer really an LCC because of it.
Will this actually see them be cheaper? They were getting pricey, but I don't see a VC firm dropping the ticket price as they charge for bags.

Really the change I didn't get was going to assigned seating. That was my favorite part of flying SW. No boarding, finding the overhead compartment is too full right above your seat, getting to your window seat and the two others in your row are already in their seat, so then they have to get out while a line forms behind you. Probably doesn't work well for families with smaller kids, and maybe it wasn't actually more efficient, but it sure felt that way.

No, it won't. Prices will only continue to go up until demand drops once the recession finally hits.

And while I wasn't a fan of the WN "cattle call", plenty of people were. They clearly switched to assigned seats just so they could implement basic econ where seats are randomly assigned at the gate. They will now raise the standard main cabin fare that includes seat assignment at booking. M0ar prof1t!

Polestars are awesome cars I had a blast driving one for 4 days in Scotland!

I hate the DJIA so much. The S&P is a much better index in almost every way.

The Dow is a tiny fraction of the companies that make up the market and it's price-weighted. Which makes zero sense.

Well something like 73% of the S&P is already in "correction" mode so giddy up!

Oh and hey remember how Xitter was down?
