Business, Economics, and Taxes: Eat Cereal for Dinner

This guy leftovers

lol

ain't nobody got time to cook meals every day. At least not meals you can eat without a dose of statins and beta blockers. So when we're cooking, we usually make enough for six servings. Provides meals for the night you cook and both lunch and dinner the next day. Cheaper too.

One outlier is one of our favorite recipes is literally 20 lbs of vegetables from Costco, roasted (with fresh herbs from the garden), pureed, and thinned out with chicken stock. Makes about a week and a half of dinners if you string them all together. Usually we freeze half in mason jars. IIRC, it costs ~$3-$4 a quart including the gas and electricity.

So it’s a soup?

I made a huge batch of minestrone Monday that is being wasted. The heat this week and I think lingering Covid issues mean I have no appetite

BREAKING: Dow and S&P500 close at fresh record highs. Trump Media (DJT) closes at 52-week low, plummeting over 10% today alone.

DJT is below 13...so many Russian Operatiives on Twitter list their shirt.

Edit: trade volume appears to be up...someone is selling off. If he doesn't file the correct forms that means his proxies are selling first. If he sells his insider shares he has to file it to avoid the SEC going after him (and they are watching this stock HARD) and he will also signal he knows he is in trouble electorally. Obviously investors already think that...

At one point today DJT dropped below 12 but "rebounded" to finish up a bit. I wonder if day traders started playing with it...

Well I don't much like Ken but that is on brand for Elmo...

I love the media spin on the DJT stock. They are calling it a "rebound" because it is now around 14 because Trump hasn't sold yet...ignoring the fact that it is down almost 76% in the last 6 months! Being up 5% in a day doesn't matter when that is pennies on the dollar compared to the losses.

Another sad day for Faux as S&P closed at record high, Dow just missed a record and DJT still sucks :)
