Takeoff is my favorite part of flying watching the land recede still magical. Though, I don't have the same feelings toward landing.

Half the time, I can scan the menu for 15 seconds and just tell. "Yep, that's from frozen. Probably Sysco or GFS."
It's why you never order fish at a diner; or Arby's (good god did those fish fillets stink up the fryolator for 6 weeks every Lent).
