Scarlet’s point was the regular season, not the postseason. If they have a good pairwise they will qualify for HockeyEast playoffs.
The pairwise has nothing to do with the Hockey East playoffs.Scarlet’s point was the regular season, not the postseason. If they have a good pairwise they will qualify for HockeyEast playoffs.

Pretty solid lineup after winning three straight national titles with Jack Eichel before he graduated.

1. Wouldn't shock me if they move the QU game back to the afternoon on Saturday given the impending weather, so QU can get home.
Agreed. Would expect a decision by end of today. If start time moved up, 4pm or 5pm would seem reasonable.
While I have been disappointed with the team's home record the past season and a half (0.500 in the regular season) and I would have liked their home record since HAA opened (0.646) to be similar to their record at WBA (0.723), it is not awful. Furthermore, BU's home games "problem" did not begin when HAA opened, but during the 1998-99 season, when they had their first losing season at WBA since the 1979-80 season. While BU didn't have another losing season at WBA, their winning percentage over the final 6 1/2 seasons was 0.638, worse than their record at HAA. I also researched all 60 DI teams' home records since HAA opened (the 2004-05 season) and over those 15 seasons BU's record at HAA is ninth best. If you look just at wins BU is 12th, winning 58.5% of all games played at HAA since it opened.since that empty hanger opened, the boys have been awful with home games
Did anyone else notice that earlier today HockeyEastOnLine posted BU winning 5-2 with a full box score but then removed it?
That sucked.
