Was there toilet paper there? Or does he not participate in the whole wiping thing?

Changing the subject. 4 frosh d-men plus 5 and 27 and a projected 1st round pick (greenway) on the way. Curious as to who sits with all that talent? Nice problem to have
"Hickey has been one of the season's biggest risers in my eyes, playing at a very high level as an 18-year-old freshman in a tough conference. Hickey skates very well, has above-average puck skill, is very physical and has been effective on both special teams for BU. His reads could still use a little work -- as the quality of competition jump from the Junior-A level shows at times -- but overall, his talent level and intangibles stand out. Hickey has emerged as a player who will make the next top 100 drafted prospects list."
RD Charlie McAvoy,.
Jordan Greenway is a left wing. Younger brother on the U17s is a D. However RD Charlie McAvoy, perhaps the best PP d-man on the U18s, has committed for next year.
ESPN's Corey Pronman, reviewing 2014 drafted Ds, endorses Brandon Hickey.
If you guys read your own thread, you'd have a better idea.
It's much more innocent than that, I promise! It's just sprite zero!
So still a good question as to how the d will look next year. I hope everyone comes back, but I suppose it is possible that someone doesn't (Grzelcyk and Somerby could be candidates IMHO, but neither is ready for the NHL yet). I hope Hickey doesn't pull an Aucoin and leave after one year. He definitely looks like he could turn into a very solid d-man, similar to Rich Brennan.
You all know Saturday's game at Northeastern is at 8pm and on NESN, right??
After the Bruin's postgame show wraps NESN will pickup the BU-NU game in progress. The schedule shows that happening at 8:30.On NESN plus, which is interesting since they only seem to use that channel due to unavoidable Bruins/Red Sox schedule conflicts.
Let me rephrase - "similar to Rich Brennan as a Junior, not as a senior". Is that better?Gulp!

What is it with d-men having up and down seasons? Brennan looked like a sure fire Hobey candidate going into his senior year, then struggled. Pat Aufiero and Chris Dyment, had very up and down careers as well.
