Shots are 11-2 late in the first. Looks like BU decided not to show up for the first period again.

Announcers are solid the color guy sounds like Beersy. Only watching 3rd period not a great showing I must say.

Hockey East just announced a 1-game suspension for Doyle Somerby. Why didn't they just wait until 5 minutes before the game? Sigh. Will Ahti get a few minutes on the blue line?

Hopefully the team new ahead of time that this might happen and have Carrabino or TJ Ryan ready to go.

It's true there is the natural height difference between the two players which always makes things difficult in these situations.

It was after the whistle and well after Petruzelli passed the puck. I think Somerby's hands were up under the face mask/ chin area of Petruzelli even after watching that video... also as we know often it is the result of such hits that determines the punishment (not saying I think that is fair). Petruzelli was clearly struggling having collapsed twice while trying to get up. Finally I believe Bertanga was in the building which with the obvious head injury may have increased pressure for a suspension.

Lots of factors which rightly or wrongly lead to the suspension.
