BU Hockey '25-'26: Can we keep up the run to Vegas?

If we go by average goals allowed this season by each team, the score would be 4-2, Northeastern, but, given how things have been going, a 6-1 or 5-1 result in NU's favor wouldn't surprise me. Zacher is tough, .943 save percentage.
 
I'm going to think positive that BU will score 4 tonight! Of course, they'll probably give up 6 or 7....

Has anyone seen the updated GoTerriers.com? They've changed the design a bit. Not sure why. The new one is a challenge to navigate on an iPhone,
 
I'm heading to Matthews tonight for the very last time. I'm hopeful that a week of hard practices and "come to Jesus" discussions will result in an entertaining hockey game.

Also, I'm not 100% convinced that Boisvert and Fondrk are sitting tonight because of injury. Sending a message to the team? Just a hunch.

The fanbase is predicting a 4 or 5 goal loss. Talk about how the mighty have fallen

Challenging on a desktop, too.

Heard this morning that Tom Ryan has passed away. Just 59 years old. Four seasons on the BU blueline. 24 seasons broadcasting games with Bernie.

Oh jeez, really? I saw the previous posts but didn't think it would be this soon. So sorry to hear this.
 
What's the right word for this team?
Laconic? Lackadaisical? Lazy?
No effort. No sense of urgency.
And I haven't seen such ineffective power plays in I don't know when.
 
This is just a bad hockey team right now. I don’t know what else to say. Now we keep the goals down and can’t find the net against a backup goalie. Lose in the last minute. I didn’t peg this team for 15-18 losses, but it’s increasingly looking that way.
 
Soft. Sure, look tough after the last whistle….but until then just killing time until can sign with NHL team. Primadonnas biding time til they can go pro

It’s going to be a long playing out the string the rest of the way. Maybe a Beanpot upset but NCAA’s virtually out this early and they will be in play in HE Tourney . Wouldn’t be shocked to see a couple of the high draft picks not back for second semester. This is a seismic fail
on all levels coaching and on ice. The smart alec mocking BC a few weeks ago which was silly how are they feeling now. BC looks like top 2 team in HE and easy Top 10 in country.
