BU Hockey '25-'26: Can we keep up the run to Vegas?

Throwing your stick sort of sums up the whole frustrated immaturity of this game. Pando needs to unleash on them again for tomorrow.

Man. They get a big game on national television, not the + only the niche folks watch, and they play like THAT.

Painful.

It was embarrassing for national TV. One team was ready and one team was clearly not. Even though the massive chaos of the start of that game subsided, MSU outplayed the Terriers start to finish.

They looked like a team skating too many freshmen. Problem is they just don’t have enough upperclassmen and the ones they do have aren’t heavies who can compete with what MSU rolled tonight.

Also, too many of the same mistakes as the last few weeks (passes to an area and no one is in that area, too many nifty passes when there was a clear look).

And the freshmen D are playing like freshmen who could out skate their opponents at the last level but can’t at this level.

Ouch, was at this one tonight with some MSU clowns. Was really hoping for a BU victory as I always want Hockey East to be on top. This loss was purely hung on physicality or lack of early and when needed. Back to the drawing board.

UConn HE Semi; WMU NC; MSU game 1…essentially the same game. Looked like the Terriers thought this was a pre-season scrimmage in a no-checking league.

Last year the Friday egg-laying game was often followed with a redemption game on Saturday…but tomorrow it won’t be Lowell or Merrimack for game 2.

Wait till you look at the BC home game prices (If there are still any left). It was like $125 or something! I’ve never experienced those kind of regular non-resale prices.
I am wondering if they just realized they can make more money with dynamic pricing or if revenue sharing has something to do with this? Probably both.

Not sure if dynamic pricing/prices being too high is related to this but despite being announced as a sell out the rink seemed 1/4 empty.
