So I noticed that they decided to have a faceoff at the end of the BC-UML game even though there was obviously not enough time for BC to score. Can someone explain to me why they didn't just call the game?

The shootout was pretty radical. I also remember it being a big deal when they allowed the two line pass too. As for other sports messing with the clock, its a good point. Closest thing I can think of is when they give an un-timed down in football because a half can't end on a defensive penalty. If they didn't have that rule, I'd imagine they're be a lot more holding/interference on the last play of a half.

bu needs sioux to win tonight to avoid losing to them in fargo. sioux will end up 8 then and be another 2 seed like bu.

I don't understand...BU is incredible..I saw it on the NHL Network..."the only guy who can screw this up you are looking at him"...DQ....it can't be true Lowell didn't have one guy on the World Junior Team or any first round stud defenseman.

You know I am historically one of the biggest naysayers on this board to the ridiculous extent of calling the 2009 NC bittersweet because it kept Parker around. That said I do root for the team. Why do I sense that you root for another program. Are you that lunatic Hokydad?
