Yeah those could be the captains in the end but I have been told that they haven't been decided yet. Ronan was there as well as another local senior.

Mpereira is correct, no captain or alternate/assistant has been decided by the coaches yet, Fenway must've just got confused.
What game am I playing? You want to dismiss that story, I responded with reasons I thought you were being overzealous with your conclusions, which apparently makes me a troll (in the BU thread no less)
Do I believe the tweet? Yes.
Would I be SHOCKED if it turns out a detail or two were slightly off (An alternate drug, DeFilippo instead of Leahy, if the interaction with the Globe went slightly differently {although no real specifics are given to the how with that so that's more of a grey area}) after it remained a secret a secret for so long? Not really, but yes I believe the tweet.

It would be interesting to hear what JD thinks happened that caused them to be indefinitely suspended for the whole year. Has anyone heard a significantly alternate version of the story?

Drew, again, I haven't denied any of the details as to why they were kicked off the team. It's just funny to me that for years on here, nobody (not even the trolls) has ever come close to writing everything that was in that tweet, yet some saps are willing to take it as gospel simply because it's anti-BC. Probably the same saps who discredited the Globe reporting of the BU stuff. So if I have that straight, this anonymous tweet from a BU handle is more credible than the Boston Globe...is that accurate? LOL.

If it happens at BC he doesn't care if the truth ever comes out. If something happens at BU, all of a sudden he is Woodward and Bernstein. (hope you young'uns don't have to google those names!)

I believe my initial post on it was to say thank you because I needed a good laugh, so I agree completely. The tweet is definitely funny.
why would anybody want that tweet to be true about the program they follow? as i've said before, people can believe what they want to believe--that's their right. just don't try telling me it came from a reputable source.
