Re: BU 2013 Offseason Thread - Bring on the Mighty Quinn

Ah yeas, pirate...

If you think the police should have been notified for something like this, we can just agree to disagree.

So when a coach witnesses one of his players committing a felony, he shouldn't report it to the police?

Re: BU 2013 Offseason Thread - Bring on the Mighty Quinn

Agganis, apparently you can't read because for the 10th time...I've never denied details about what the kids did. Just other details in that tweet that one of the bc posters "in the know" (that's what you were looking for, right?) disputed as being exaggerated, etc.

Re: BU 2013 Offseason Thread - Bring on the Mighty Quinn

And I doubt I'm the only bc fan on here who feels this way. If it happened at bu you'd be singing a different tune (naturally).

Re: BU 2013 Offseason Thread - Bring on the Mighty Quinn

go ask a trooper or martha coakley if it's ok if you see someone commit a felony and don't report it... just take care of it on your own.

of course there are a number of igles in that office so they'd probably understand.

so let's go back to the state where it happened and ask them if they have no problem with it?

interesting that prisons are full of my brothers who made wrong choices with drugs, but didn't have a wonderful, caring, coach/grandpa playing the role of 'daddy' and sweeping it under the rug and allowing me to cross state lines.

as mookie typed below... it's always the cover up!!

Re: BU 2013 Offseason Thread - Bring on the Mighty Quinn

so you're saying not reporting it is against the law? gee, thanks for enlightening me...

guess he's just not a perfect, law abiding citizen like you want him to be. those kids deserved to be prosecuted, ****it! just look at all the harm they caused others...oh wait. you're all talk.

Reporting what?

J.D., the fan boys are just pizzed that those 2 weren't playing for BU. Cuz we all know Jack would have never deep sixed them, they would have played the rest of the season and no one would know anything had ever happened. ;)

who cares. all bs revisionary history, he said she said garbage. what next, the maid did it I the library?

end result is Jerry York is what is good about college hockey. one of the best people out there and a great mentor for so many. exemplifies class and dignity

He was the only Hockey east coach, outside Dick Umile who went to both Chris Serinos wake and funeral. he stood in a line for hours at the wake to pay his respects. He is in fact a great man, which is hard to say today

Maybe the hookers were wearing maid outfits... If you want to learn how to cover up felonies, Jerry is a great mentor :D

you do get the fact that by saying that you could be sued and you would lose.

not even an issue, would lose. tough though to collect a judgment vs a guy trying to use his ebt card for scratch tickets

oh man I better lawyer up! I can't wait for the details of the felony coverup to come out in court

if you are fine with it and expect more are as well why did you say "why would anybody want that tweet to be true about the program they follow?"

would bet every dime I have he had zero to do with any of the bs you spout off on. zero

did you miss the part where the bc fans admitted there was truth to the tweet, or are you too busy filing lawsuits against them to remember?

not reporting it or refusing to discuss is not a cover up and is not illegal. This is still America. BS to say it is, total bs

first off it didn't happen like that and second, lets arrest every player at BU. 1000 to 1 they have seen a kid do Cocaine and they didn't report it. as have kids at BC I am sure

kids were booted from team and done so as soon as they had their chance to be heard on the matter. pretty much done deal second it happened but they have rights as well

thing was handled perfectly

not writing about it in a Christmas letter and throwing the entire team under the bus doesn't mean otherwise
