Why is all-academic team more indicative of those incidents than APR; both are extremely flawed metrics one actually takes into account players leaving the school?
Why did BU have incident free years the years when they had the fewest all-academics?
I believe the 3 schools with the most players who have left the team in the last 3 or so years are BU, UVM, and Maine, how could this be if Maine and UVM are at the top of the list for all-academics? How much does that change your regression model?
Based on the current number of BC's all-academics what is the probability Kevin Hayes poops in another stairwell?
And no I don't expect you to respond.

Allegedly incident free years. Remember, if Colby Cohen didn't see it, it didn't happen. And if it did happen and he did see it, it still may not have happened.

Lets face it. Up until the investigation last summer, most of the players were enrolled in the Metropolitan School- ie. community college kindergarten. get an A on your paper machette project. From what I remember, those Met students had to enroll in Gen Studies this year. Upperclassmen still deciding on their major? Great job by the staff there. I understand the basic BU hockey player couldnt spell cat if u gave them the p ssy.

The losers at Sux2BU hav ebeen know to skip class and bribe professors for grade changes. It said so in the task force report. Why is anyone surprised that so few of them are on the al-academic team? As we know, they go to that diploma mill because they couldn't get into a better school like BC. And isn't that cute how one of the players took five years to finish college after starting as a 21-year-old. He's practically eligible for social security by now.

New studies show that, overall, college athletes in the 4 major sports are generally less focused on their education than their more academically-minded university counterparts. Although this may come as a shock to some people in the academic community, research shows that athletes seem to spend less time studying and preparing for exams and more time practicing sports and socializing as they also tend to be more popular around campus (research into why this might be true is currently underway). Still, for many of these athletes, it is important to maintain a high academic standard as some fans will use this as a basis for comparison of the academic quality of their institution to others. Most fans may find this comparison confusing as the majority of them follow these sports as a form of entertainment and have no concern for the academic excellence of these student-athletes as it has no bearing on the enjoyment of a sporting event. However, following the lead of these dedicated fans, Congress is set to vote on a bill that would base funding for education programs in each state on the average SAT scores of the professional athletes on teams in that state. No word on whether student-athletes who receive illegal monetary benefits from their school or the community will be considered professional athletes.

I don't know if BU has issued a release yet, but Greeley has confirmed that he has been hired as Assistant Hockey Coach at BU. His status update obviously didn't discuss specifics so it is possible he won't officially start until post-draft, but clearly has agreed to a contract.
