the blog innerview mentioned that the lockers now have the names of everyone who has worn that number listed.

we've talked before here and i've mentioned how when i was there 24 belonged to mike sullivan, then tkachuk got it, then joubert. when he left i was interested in who would get that number next - and saw travis when he came out. therefore always figured parket had something special in mind with travis.

He did. He has said he had reserved 24 for players he felt were captain material. Peter Marshall also wore 24.

I know there's lots to marvel at this year, but that 0-11-1 away record is something.

So the 4th line is Collier, O'Regan, and Duane. So it looks like they are the ones sitting tonight. TJ Ryan is injured. Maybe he would have been off anyway? Unless we play with 5 D, I can't figure out who the 8th and/or 9th sitting out over the two games might be, assuming that was even correct. Interestingly enough, O'Regan and Duane were goal scorers last night.

he was announced as the starter tonight in notes (according to the freep bloggers), then sat on the bench.

Understanding that Northeastern is going through a stretch where they have not been playing well, it was good to see this kind of effort. Realistically there was not a lot to play for except pride, but with a shorthanded lineup they went out and swept two games in pretty convincing fashion. Not getting all giddy and unrealistic, but this has to bode well for next season. They could have just mailed it in but didn't.

More importantly, 3-0 Hawks in a snow storm!

Lots of fist pumps from my 9 year old. BU wins, BC loses, and Hawks winning.

Way to get a road win, BU. Nice pride weekend.

BU-BC can't happen in the semis. I just saw the bracket. Odd tournament.
