I realize this question does not pertain to this thread, but I'll ask anyway. So a friend and I will travel from Colorado Springs to St. Cloud to watch the CC Tigers and Huskies play on 10/11 Dec. I don't believe alcohol (to include beer) is served at the National Hockey Center, but my friend wants me to ask. Could one of you confirm if alcohol is served at Huskie games or not? Thank you in advance.

That's a negative. However there are some good bars that offer free shuttles to and from the game. Check out HOWIES downtown.

True, it would be nice if the leagues worked together more to schedule stuff together like this.

Thank you Beaverfan, we will be staying downtown at the Radisson so we will check out HOWIES for sure.

Howies is about 4 blocks from the Radisson. The nice thing about the Radisson is it is right by a ton of bars for after the game. The Red Carpet is great and it is the one bar most people wnat to go to when they come from out of town. It has something for just about everybody.

Lee. The fourth goal was a one-on-one breakaway that you'd like your goalie to make, but can't always expect them to. The first is fuzzy, I don't remember it only to say I belive it was by far the softest. The second and third Lee got hung out to dry, on the second they just flip-dump the puck in and all Taylor Johnson has to do is put his body in front of a bouncing puck and the rest of the play doesn't develop. On the third if memory serves me LeBlanc turned it over and Bouharevich hit Heichman all alone in front of the net, and the little circus midget had time to skate all the way across the goal mouth, from Mike's stick to glove side, and with all the time in the world found an opening and buried it. Watched Friday's live and listened to most of Saturday's and from all accounts, sounds like the blueline was much better for Dunn.

Feels like the same thing is happening for Patterson in Dinkytown. They have played night and day better in front of Patterson than they have in front of Kangas. I'm curious to see if it happens again if Kangas gets a start against sconnie.

So I see Lee is net tonight. Are they still on a rotation considering it looks like Dunn/the D played better in the second game against Quinnipiac?

Looks like it's been that way for your whole team though, yes? I am waiting for Patterson to crack and have an awful game and then all the fans will start whining far Kangas again. It is inevitable. Also, what has attendance been like in Cloud so far? I heard you guys speculating as if you expecting a big turnout for the Miami series if the students decided to man up. i have never been there for anything but Gopher games for which it is always packed. I am very disappointed the Gophers don't make any trips to Cloud this year. I was looking forward to an afternoon in the Dugout.

Attendance at the games has not been what is used to be. I am disappointed so far. I am sure there will be a good sized BSU crew that makes the trip.

Hopefully we can get a few wins and get some more fans to the games.

To answer your previous question, most expect Dunn will start in goal Saturday. The rotation looks like it will continue into the foreseeable future.

Good luck against Bucky this weekend. That should be a good match up.

I believe the coach desperately wants Lee to be the guy, but he hasn't performed like he should be the guy. Dunn has performed better this year over all.

Thanks, same to you. I'm a little worried about sconnie, but hell, I am a little worried about every team the Gophers play. I'm sure you guys don't take anyone lightly given how up and down your boys have played this year. But I'm sure you guys will do everything you can to make sure the Beavs stay in their early season funk while they visit Cloud.
