Yale will carry over 1:25 of PP time to start the 3rd. Yale is 0-4 so far with 10 shots. Brown is 0-3 with 2 shots.

Shot chart shows that in the 2nd, Volpatti's goal was the only shot they had that wasn't from the perimeter. Buvinow scored from center ice. Everyone in the press box missed it. Help somebody?

PP was killed. Brown had a 4-on-1 but Maclellan for some reason never passed it and shot it right into the chest of Blase. No rebound.

Crowley tackles Martin in the Brown zone and gets called for the interference. Then Maclellan trips Donald on his way to the bench. No penalty there.

Little double shifting on the PP. O'Neill skating right to left behind the net fed it out in front to Dignard streaking up toward the back door post. He makes it a one-goal game.

Dignard with about three more shots right after his goal. Looks like the senior is trying to show his team the way

Brown gets it right back on a 2-on-1. Volpatti had the initial shot on the backhand cutting from the left wing to the slot. Blase could not hang on to the rebound and Farnham cleaned up from the right of the crease.

Zolnierczyk and Zaires on another 2-on-1 for Bruno but Blase comes up with the left pad save after Z'Czyk slides it over to Zaires on the right wing side

Alex Dell has called Buvinow for a 5-minute board and game misconduct for a hit on Broc Little in the corner. The hit was not from behind, but he did get Little up high around the head. I don't agree with the call. Little was not hurt at all and he was crouched over when Buvinow came in. I'd have said it was a 2-min CTH board.

Blase stopped Farnham on an SH breakaway but Arco took a penalty. 4x4 at 11:18 of the 3rd. Yale will still have 2:10 of PP time left.

2 min to go. Brown really packing it in their house. Yale can't get close to Clemente the way they were in the 2nd. This is Brown's best game of the playoffs.

Timeout Yale. Shots even in the third, about 10 apiece, but the best ones for Brown. Bears not sitting back on their heels with the lead like they did against RPI. Yale just cannot seem to put sustained pressure together that usually drives their comebacks off. Can't help but think Backman loss is hurting. Blase off for the extra skater.

Dignard shot from the point gets through, not sure if it was deflected in front. 3-2 Brown with 38 seconds to go. Blase back in for faceoff. off at: 28. Dignard shot stopped and was laying in crease but Clemente covers before oneill can get the backhand on it

its arco-miller-little-kearney-oneill-dignard for the bulldogs. puck comes clear, Brown has chance for ENG but Arco deflects it away as time expires.

3-2 Brown. A final from Ingalls Rink in NHCT. Bears lead the best-of-three QF series 1 game to none. Please check in later for me recap on USCHO.
