Brown visits RPI again, Saturday, March 5th

Anyone else buy the Boxcast video tonight? I have a great video, but no sound. And WRPI is quite a bit ahead of the video :(

The video last night had a poor mix of rink ambient audio and WRPI. As in, the PA announcer and pep band overpowered the WRPI audio. I guess they decided to fix it by eliminating the audio completely tonight.

You got that right. Nobody back checking. Losing face offs 18-11, puck possession and getting out skated. Someone in the locker room has to start breaking things.
All season, and for many other seasons, I have watched and our defense (for the most part) is just so incredibly slow at getting back in the zone to the puck and then even slower in decision making about moving the puck out. We tend to freeze the puck in our own zone more than other teams and wait for the forecheck to come in. Some pairings are much worse than others and on bad nights, some pairings are on the ice for most of the goals (both short handed and even strength). Teams that are well coached know this and are in on us quickly, especially when they can match up their best scoring lines against our slowest defensive pairing.

Lucky for RPI, the scoreboard on the lousy ECAC live feed shows 2-0 Brown.

Re: Brown visits RPI again, Saturday, March 5th

Kasdorf now has to have the best 40 minutes possible. We have to pitch a shutout from here on to have any chance

Re: Brown visits RPI again, Saturday, March 5th

In other scores tonight-Looks like Rubio is toast in the 3 states reporting so far

Re: Brown visits RPI again, Saturday, March 5th

The bad-our defense continues to leave Kazzie out to dry far too often. No excuse for that.

Re: Brown visits RPI again, Saturday, March 5th

So Trump's Cruzing to victory?
Cruz big in Kansas (expected as it was a caucus and next door to Oklahoma and Texas). Trump leading Cruz in kentucky and Maine a toss up early. But Rubio trails badly in all 3 states and may pick up zero delegates tonight.
