I hope we dont pay the price for not taking advantage of all those penalties-we did get one but with that long a 5 on 3 perhaps we should have gotten another

From the stands the holding call looked like BS. Hard check along the boards and the refs find an opportunity to give Brown a freebie.

That's how I saw it on the internet-they can call that penalty on every rush up the ice-the defenseman hits you up against the boards and the ref can call holding

Pirri and Polacek both have 6 goals through 9 1/3 games. My guess is that we'll have more than two players with double digit totals this season (a nice change from last year).

GRussinko--- WRPI thought the refs missed a goal during the 5x3; in particular, it seemed to them that the puck had bounced off of the pipe at the BACK of the net. From what I could see, that seemed more than reasonable. Were you able to see that from your vantage point?
