Yes, but the biggest was in that dreadful nightmare in the Centrum when he took the giveaway in front of the BU net and deposited it past Curry. It was 6:26 into the first period and the game was over after that.

Yuh. A five foot pass ten feet in front of his own net to a guy standing almost right next to him. I don't care what you "call" it. I think we had beaten BC what...four times in a row that year? Not a good thing anyway, because the law of averages evens things out. But the point is, they didn't have any confidence against us until that goal. After it, their entire demeanor changed and BU never recovered.
And when you pass to a guy right next to you with a defender (especially a six foot seven one) right there, in my book it's a giveaway. It was right in front of me. No need to make that "pass."
