Today's top GAA and save percentage numbers explain why Jack Parker, in more recent years, suggested the name of the game be changed to "goalie."

A couple of months after the game I was chatting with Blaise MacDonald at a party, and he mentioned that Bill Pye told him that Amonte could have scored easily if he had shot the puck anywhere except into his glove. Looking at the video, it's clear that Amonte didn't really have time to take aim as he would have been closed down by the defenseman.

Blaise also told me about the bad line change that led to the game winner. Crushing.

I was at that final - my first Frozen Four when I was a sophomore at BU. It was the most incredible sporting event I had ever seen in person (until the miracle in DC in 2009 - much better result). I don't remember reading the article, but since I was on the flight, I can confirm the pilot said something to that effect.

BU recruit Clayton Keller has signed with the Windsor Spitfires of the OHL. Big loss for BU next season. :(

Just watched the last two episodes of BU Terriers All Access. I love shows like this. Did you guys see any of the episodes this year? They showed them on NESN but they're all on YouTube.
